Vaccine Requirements for Boarding

For the protection of your pet’s health as well as our staff and other guests of Dream Mtn., all guests are required to have current Rabies & Kennel Cough vaccinations. Proof from your veterinarian is required at or before check in.

Required Vaccinations for Dogs:

  1. Rabies
  2. DHPL-P (Parvo combo) If under 1 year of age.
  3. Bordetella (Canine Cough)

Nuisance Pests

Every guest is checked for fleas/ticks upon arrival. If any evidence of fleas/ticks are found the pet must be treated (at owner’s expense) with  a flea/tick bath. It is highly recommended every animal have topical flea/tick treatment (i.e., Frontline, Advantage, Advantix Comfortis, Nexguard) prior to visiting or entering the Kennel.

Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of checkin. We accept payment in the form of cash, checks with a valid state driver’s license, Visa or MasterCard, and debit cards. We reserve the right to receive a deposit for long term or out of town boarders.

Grooming Spa

For an added treat for you and your pet, we can also schedule a groom/bathe for your dog/cat before he/she returns home with you. Ask us for prices and to reserve an appointment.

Medical Care

If there is a medical emergency while your pet is visiting we will seek medical treatment at the owner’s expense. Some Veterinary Clinic's are on call 24 hours. If your pet requires medical attention while in our care, you will be responsible for any bills resulting from veterinary care.

What to Bring with You for Boarding and/or Daycare

  1. A copy of current vaccinations for your pet.
  2. Emergency contact phone information.
  3. Any pet food labeled in containers or bag or pre-packed in individual serving portions.

Aggressive Animals

We reserve the right to refuse access to our facilities by aggressive animals.

Owners are responsible for any & all damages done by your dog!
